The month of JULY is heavily booked. The only availability in July is for units 27′ feet or shorter.

Rates 2025:
Regular Full Hook Up $63/night + GST ~Limited number of sites on Creek.
Superior Full Hook Up $70/night + GST ~No Superior Full Hook Ups on the Creek, Large and lovely!

Premium Full Hook Up $83/night + GST ~Majority of Premium Full Hook Ups are on the Creek! Gorgeous sites! **Superior and Premium Full Hook Ups have 50amp & 30amp power. Regular Full Hook Ups have 30amp only

Please be careful to include your hitch in the length of your unit! RV UNIT LENGTH = Measurement from Front of Hitch to Back Bumper. (We are not interested in the measurement that the manufacturer puts on the door. That measurement does not include your hitch and bumper)

If you don’t receive a response from us within 18 hours please check your SPAM mailbox. We respond to every email sent to us.

Our Cancellation Policy is : Minimum of 14 days in advance of your scheduled arrival date to avoid a late the cancellation fee of 3 nights charge.

Just a reminder: we are the quiet – not the party – campground. NO TENTS & NO BOATS on trailers allowed on the property.
We have WIFI! Please be aware it is a shared public WIFI system and it does NOT SUPPORT Streaming of Videos or Movies, Face Time or Gaming. The WIFI is meant for checking your email !!!
